|a Begun in the October 1993, the New Chance Program was an integrated group process designed for dislocated workers and others looking for career direction. This eight week program provided intensive instruction in Adult Education (49 hours), Career Exploration (80 hours), Computer Skills (40 hours), and Self-Esteem/Assessment (51 hours).
