General Note:
Begun in the October 1993, the New Chance Program was an integrated group process designed for dislocated workers and others looking for career direction. This eight week program provided intensive instruction in Adult Education (49 hours), Career Exploration (80 hours), Computer Skills (40 hours), and Self-Esteem/Assessment (51 hours). These photos are believed to have been taken at a New Chance orientation in the Student Center Atrium; students are not identified, but others pictured are Bev Gestrine, Fred Schwindt, Deanna Book, Blaine Nisson, Candy Layman, and Lenny Bridges.
