- General Note:
- Four wobbly prisoners built a board casket, put Everest's body inside, and nailed it shut. The casket was put into a moving van (most likely a Hub City Transfer van) and taken to a pauper's gravesite and buried by the four prisoners, while Tacoma Guardsmen stood watch. Wesley Everest is buried near the southwest corner of the Sticklin cemetery on Reynolds Avenue in Centralia.
