- Bert Faulkner was an ex-serviceman who had been a classmate of Warren Grimm and Arthur McElfresh. He joined the IWW in 1917 and was in the Roderick Hotel on November 11, 1919, but unarmed. He stood trial but had the charges dropped by Judge Wilson.
